By owning, both, a manufacturing & a construction companies we are able to supply different type of equine buildings, from the most affordable Shed Row Barn to a more expensive One-Site Stick-Built Center Aisle Barn.
Our manufacturing company MGC Buildings Inc manufactures and sells Portable Shedrows, Run In Sheds and two different styles of Modular Center Aisle Barns.
Our construction company Maple Grove Construction Inc specializes in on-site building of different styles & types of Custom Equine Structures.

Shed Row Horse Barns
Our shedrow barns are manufactured in Lebanon, PA by MGC Buildings Inc and are
delivered fully constructed on flat bed truck & trailer. Our shedrows are
available with many different options and sizes. In addition, any of our
shedrow barn may be stained with a color of your choice. Shedrow barn
sizes vary from 10'x10' for a single stall shedrow to as large as 12'x48'
4-stall shedrow. Out of all the barns that we offer, the shedrow barn is
considered to be the most economical way to provide stalls for your horses.
Lean-To Horse Barns
Lean-to barns that we offer are basically regular shedrows with a big front
overhang. This front overhang may vary anywhere from 6' to 12' in depth.
The difference between our shedrow barns and our lean-to barns is the shedrow is
delivered fully built, ready for an immediate use, not requiring any on-site
assembly, but the lean-to barn requires on-site overhang assembly and concrete
foundation. After figuring foundation and overhang assembly costs, the
price for lean-to barn is usually comes out to be twice as of a regular shedrow
horse barn.
Modular Horse Barns - "Economy Style"
Our modular Economy Style Barns are also manufactured by MGC Buildings Inc.
The sections of a modular Economy Style Barn are delivered fully built and the
roof over the center aisle is built on site by either, the owner, a local
contractor or our own company. With our modular barns you have a choice of
purchasing a kit only, or have us do all the work for you, including site
excavation, foundation and assembly. Due to lower walls, we recommend the
use of the Economy Style Horse Barn only for horses under 16 hands, ponies,
lamas and other small animals.
Modular Horse Barns with Loft
Unlike our Economy Style Modular Barns, the Modular Loft Barn is built using
heavier rough-cut oak frame in order to accommodate weight of the loft, higher
walls to accommodate larger horses and a higher roof pitch in order to have more
headroom inside of the loft. With these type of barns we offer many
different options such as lean-tos, different style of roofs, dormers, etc.
As with an Economy Style Barn, the sections of our Loft Barn are pre-built in
the shop, delivered to your site, and roof, etc. are built on-site.
Pole Barn Style - Horse Barns
In addition to our modular barns, we also offer a regular pole barn style
(post-frame) construction. This type of construction requires building
your horse barn completely on your site. Unlike our Oak-Framed Custom
Barns (see picture below) that require concrete foundation, pole barns are
cheaper and faster to built and do not require foundation. In most cases,
posts of pole barns are placed in the ground, or as an alternative, concrete
"Perma-Columns" may be used under the posts to prevent posts touching the
ground. Pole barn style horse barns cost less than oak-framed and
sometimes less than modular barns.
Oak-Framed On-Site Stick-Built Horse Barns
Our oak-framed barns that we built on-site are similar to our modular horse
barns in construction. The reason we offer and build oak-framed barns
completely on site in addition to our modular barns, is to provide more
customization, such as higher walls, and to provide an alternative to our
modular barn when site access is not available to deliver fully built barn
sections. All of our barns that are built on-site are done by our
